Refund policy

Rookie and Rare accepts returns on eligible merchandise within seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase date, subject to the conditions outlined below.

1. Restocking Fee

All approved returns will be subject to a seven percent (7%) restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

2. Return Shipping

Return shipping is provided at no cost to the customer. A prepaid shipping label will be issued upon approval of the return request.

3. Final Sale Items

The following categories of products are final sale and not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

 

• Products listed under the Singles page

• Products listed under the Sealed Product page

 

Purchases made from these categories are considered final at the time of sale.

4. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must:

 

• Be in its original condition

• Be unopened and unused

• Be returned within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase

 

5. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team within the return window to receive a Return Authorization and shipping instructions. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.
